Black Book

posted in Art, Design, Illustration, Typography, by Damien Aistrope on 26th September 2011 Black Book

A little bit of fun for your Monday morning.

We are starting a small project where we take a black A5 journal and send it around to as many Australian studios / individuals as possible to contribute two hand drawn pages each and then send it on. Hopefully we can keep this going for a full year and can turn it into something special for all to enjoy.

Sound like your kind of fun? Email damien@australianinfront.com.au so we can start a list of interested parties and get out instructions of how it would work.

A Type Of Show opened at kind of gallery on Oxford St. Darlinghurst tonight. Despite the rain it seemed like every creative in Sydney was there. In fact it was so packed that I couldn’t get in for an hour!

The work on show is amazing. If you missed it (or even if you were there) I’d highly recommend going back tomorrow to check it all out properly.
