FB Updates

We've posted a couple of projects from Sydney based Future Buro over the last couple of weeks and they have just pushed live a new look for the brand developed by Moffitt.Moffitt and an updated website to match. Nice to see a strong change in direction for the team, going from a playful look to something quite grown up, illustrating they are a thinking digital brand which makes a nice change from so many digital agencies that try to push how fun and crazy they are. Great to see a move away from flash replaced by neat CSS/JS movement too. Hopefully they update their mobile version of the site as that was something I quite enjoyed from the previous incarnation.

Bunch of new work on the site too including a long overdue update of what I consider to be the original style website superfuture. Excellent work all round.

Cup & Saucer / Where-Is-My-Heart

An exciting double launch event this Friday the 18th in Melbourne for a new science fiction comic titled 'Cup & Saucer' and also a retro styled puzzle adventure for PS2/PS3 called 'Where-Is-My-Heart' which also gets released the same day. Check out the super cute trailer here. There will be comics, game stations to play the release, music and beer and it's all taking place at Paradise Hills Gallery (1-9 Doonside Street - Richmond, Victoria) from 6.30pm until late.

SOYA 365

Soya is back, this year with a tweak to the name and concept. Soya 365 will be run as a year round initiative with each category closing every month; great news for those whose talents are spread across multiple disciplines!

The range of categories have also expanded, with eleven creative fields on the burner. There are some exciting destinations for the winners, including South by Southwest, Cannes Lions Awards, and London Design Festival.

The first category closes in 28 days, time to don those creative hats.

We Are Hunted

A new site for We Are Hunted who have developed proprietary search technology that continuously scans social media sites, music forums and blogs to chart the most talked about music online today. All of the charts are presented in an intuitive visual interface that transfers from the web to mobile and tablets with ease. The interface is intuitive stuff, take a look at We Are Hunted.

Sydney based digital creative studio Future Büro has just released a project which has been in production for over a year and half. Teaming up with QVIVO development studios in Hong Kong, Future Büro developed the brand, UX design and assisted in technical development of this digital media platform. Add your files to the QVIVO cloud and you can playback your media anytime anywhere on multiple web enabled devices.

New Demo

It's pretty rare that I post the work that Zann and myself do on Infront, but I felt this one was worth a post. Demo Magazine is a beautiful broadsheet street press designed and edited by the Moffitts covering all the exciting art, music, fashion and photography that Australia has to offer.

What came to be in the digital version of the magazine is a keyboard and scroll controlled delight that mimics the experience of unfolding the paper version of the mag, online. Go have a play.
