The Victorian Government has just launched data.vic.gov.au, a new site making a large number if data sets available to the public. This is a great step in making data systems more accesible, and a great opportunity for cultivating innovative new ways of using such data.
To celebrate the launch of data.vic.gov.au, the Victorian Government has launched App My State, a competition to develop an application that best utilises this newly available data.
