As a result of our success, Webfirm’s Production Team is seeking a Senior Creative Designer with commercial online marketing experience to join our growing team.
The Production Team is responsible for developing and ensuring the quality delivery of websites and other services for the clients.
The role of Senior Creative Designer leads a small team of creative designers and reports directly to the Production Manager.
You will be working in a fun, motivating environment and play a key role in the growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in commercial web design and possess excellent conceptual design skills. They will be up-to-date with the latest digital trends and be able effectively use them to increase the benefits for clients. They must be a confident, creative and well-spoken communicator with strong leadership attributes and a highly diligent work ethic.
Candidate with the following skills will be considered:
* Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
* A good understanding of social media
* Advanced Flash skills
* Advanced Video skills
* Good HTML/CSS skills
* A good understanding of Web Marketing principles including Search & SEO techniques
