Reactive is one of Australia's largest independent digital agencies. We work with a range of Australian and global consumer brands as well as corporate and government organisations. We are growing fast with offices in Melbourne, Sydney London and Auckland. Our Melbourne team has just moved into a fantastic new warehouse conversion in Fitzroy.

We are looking for an experienced interaction designer (3+ years) with a passion for elegant design, usability and digital to join our Melbourne team. Applicants will have a broad visual vocabulary as demonstrated by a variety of portfolio examples. You will have worked on several small Web sites and a few large Web sites. Any examples of other digital work will be to your advantage.

Mid-weight Designers at Reactive are responsible for:
• Developing and illustrating ideas;
• Developing information architecture;
• Executing awesome visual design;
• Overseeing designers and production staff;
• Presenting and collaborating with clients;
• Ensuring work is delivered on-time and on-budget and on-brief.

Mid-weight Designers at Reactive must also have strong leadership and communication skills, and are required to work effectively with the wider design and project team.

Our chosen candidate will have the following attributes:
• A great attitude;
• 3+ years of interaction design experience;
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash;
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills;
• A solid understanding of HTML/CSS, Flash and JavaScript interaction methods;
• Strong leadership skills
