Reactive Sydney is looking for an experienced interaction designer (5+ years) with a passion for simple elegant design, usability and information architecture. You will have experience working on large sites, online campaigns and web applications.
Senior Designers at Reactive are responsible for:
- Conception and execution of awesome visual design;
- Leading the wider design and production team;
- Developing information architecture;
- Presenting and securing client buy in to creative work;
- Communicating your vision with the production and account team;
- Ensuring work is delivered on-time and on-budget and on-brief.
Senior Designers at Reactive must also have strong leadership and communication skills, and are required to manage and support the wider design and production team.
Our chosen candidate will have the following attributes:
- A great attitude;
- 5+ years of interaction design experience;
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash;
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills;
- A solid understanding of HTML/CSS, Flash and JavaScript interaction methods;
- Strong leadership skills.
