Rodeo, part of the Mitchell Communication Group is looking for a Digital Creative Director to join their team.

The Digital Creative Director, in conjunction with the Creative Director is responsible for the agencies overall creative inspiration and direction. This position is responsible for the management of the digital team within the agency, continuing to inspire and mentor them to produce award winning work to deadline and budget.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Creative Director 's responsibilities include :

• Establish the digital creative strategy for clients as well as oversee design and development, maintenance and implementation
• Work with the Creative Director on integrated campaigns and clients to establish the creative and brand strategy.
• Oversee and deliver large scale digital campaigns, taking ownership from start to end
• Foster a tight working relationship between the digital and creative teams.
• Encourage creative input from all team members with the ultimate goal of providing the best possible results for the client
• Team leadership and management
• Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions
• Produce solid, faultless wire frames for digital solutions
• Work with Account Service to execute campaigns from brief to launch and manage clients expectations.
• Provide quality control over concepts and projects
• Work with the account management team, strategy team, and development team to develop concepts and present to clients

You must have:

• 5+ Years agency experience in interactive design
• 2+ Years as a team leader or management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Senior management team to grow current business and land new accounts through ongoing account evaluation;
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and deliver large scale campaigns;
• Demonstrated ability and experience with budgeting large scale campaigns or programs
• Flash

• Adobe CS3 or above
• Strong Usability and Accessibility knowledge and experience
