We are looking for an experienced Flash Developer with a strong interactive portfolio to join us on a freelance/project basis. We are looking for a developer who is passionate about design, has a drive for innovation and lives technology.

Required Skills:
• 2+ years web / interactive development experience.
• Strong Flash and ActionScript AS3 skills.
• Strong understanding and implementation of OOP methods.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, xHTML, CSS, XML. (PHP is a plus).
• Experience working with clients and development team to execute creative solutions.
• Detailed and organized.
• Excellent communicator.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• Experience creating programmatic animations.
• Experience with 3D classes a plus (Away3D and/or PaperVision)

Impero is a multi-discipline design agency based in London, Sydney and Auckland.
