Flint Interactive, a Melbourne based creative digital agency, is currently seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team.

Salary $80 - 100K + commission

This role will be responsible for:
> New business development and the implementation of Flint sales and marketing strategies
> The management of a monthly sales budget
> Finding and fostering successful and happy client relationships
> Managing the effective production of web projects

Responsibility areas will encompass client services and new business as well as some production management responsibilities so you will work closely with the creative and production teams.

You will require:
> Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in account management in a digital agency environment
> Sales experience and new business drive
> Experience working in digital strategy, online marketing, social media and SEO/SEM
> Skills in information architecture and website documentation (site map, wireframes)
> Ability to nurture and grow existing client relationships
> Team player and a sense of humour
