Pick Me Up
posted by Damien Aistrope on 18th June 2010With team members now located all over the world, Rinzen is an interesting working model for what they call a collective. All originally hailing from Brisbane (they met at university), the team now resides in Sydney, Berlin, New York and Brisbane.
Pick Me Up is a new exhibition of works which came to be after a year long visual conversation between Karl Maier in Sydney and Craig Redman in New York - letting each other know what was happening around them via a multitude of artworks.

I went because i know Rinzen produce really good work, but this exhibit was so god damn boring.
I walked in, had a look and walked right back out. The work itself was good, wouldn't call it awesome in any way. Disappointing guys.

Definitely going to hit this exhibition. Can't wait! Any one know if the international dwelling Rinzens is going to make the trip down to here for the exhibition?
