I ordinarily wouldn't need to ask this but it's not a big budget job so I'm looking for somewhere in Australia to do run of 500 ONE-SIDED CMYK cards for a very good price. Location not important if they ship Aus-wide and someone can vouch for their quality. Shooting for a matte stock and the design is essentially a photographic image.

I have used IBS cards in the past no worries (a few years ago), but I'm wondering if there's other options out there? Recommendations (from users with at least a few posts) would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers in advance.

Hey there Pyrovesten

We have used these people in the past for quick jobs... www.cjking.com.au/. They based in Perth and Brisbane (?) but ship nationally after 48 hours or you pick up. We go with matte laminate 350gsm and the colour accuracy is ok. Price came to about $35.00 (pick up) for 500.

Good luck

I use moo cards, I like them a lot. They're not based in Oz but have a look.

Thanks everyone, getting hammered at work but I'll suss these all out (it's an after-hours project) ASAP. More recommendations are welcome but I see to have plenty to go on.

I'd recommend

http://www.whirlwindprint.com

or

https://www.heroprint.com.au

as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I wouldn't use a super cheap printer, as they may print with a low line screen ruling. so you'll be able to see the dots that make up the image.

I second what scratchy says. Big places that do business cards as their bread and butter. Cheap, fast, good quality, and as long as you don't want anything 'special' they work out fine.

Definitely recommend MOO (http://www.moo.co.uk) as the appropriately named 'hairycow' suggested. Their mini-cards make an excellent point of difference in comparison to regular business cards. Easy upload, amazingly fast turnaround considering they're UK based.

Try this guys. https://www.expresscards.com.au/

I think they only do 1000 cards minimum but its pretty cheap compared to most printers.
Great quality and free shipping Australia-wide.
