Last country you visited: Netherlands, as part of a global tour. It was rainy and a bit disappointing. Anyone who has been to Amsterdam will testify that as soon as you leave the quaint town centre the place turns into La Haine (in a bad way)
First CD you bought: First LP I bought was The Lexicon of Love by ABC. CDs came like 5 years later. Probably something by The Fall. Or The Smiths.
Last bit of good advice you got: "Stop worrying about your own happiness and start helping other people. Then you'll be happy." And it was good advice.

First job: Mixing muesli for an organic health food co-op. Such a little hippie.

Last design/art related purchase: Another ten copies of my own book, rather narcissistically. Although I will concede that probably falls under neither design nor art. It is made of paper though - does that count?
Last major purchase: This morning's constitutional took me through Bellevue Hill where I bought a coffee. I audibly gasped at the tiny amount of change I received from a $10 note.
First childhood memory: Waking up. This morning
First love: Music was my first love, and it will be my last. Music of the future, music of the past. To live without my music would be impossible to do. In this world of troubles, my music pulls me through.
First thing you do in the morning: Rowing, improbably. It's a habit that comes and goes depending on how fat I feel that day. Today I felt ten minutes fat.
Last thing you broke: My friend Tracey's ice cube tray. There were no witnesses so I put it back in the freezer and pretended nothing had happened.
