You'll need to engage a distribution company. I can't be more specific, my time working for a magazine is nought but a distant, hazy and slightly nightmarish memory.
Jem is also correct. You'll need to sell ad space like some kind of turbo charged robot ad whore if you want to make money, the price on the stands is just a formality.
A good editor and a good sub-editor will get you far.
Be prepared for big egos with big ideas and lots of compromise.
