Yes it's a toss up between the editable PDF or Indesign, it's a large organisation so I need to speak to them about what they can use ( or what can be installed on their computers).
Indesign would be the way to go I think, as I nor them know how much editing they will need to do.

about to start a large project that involves internal document design, which will only need to be a PDF for digital use only, as it is an easy format to upload to their Intranet and also email, so they won't need printed versions at this time.
I've worked out time and cost on all of them, but they have now come back and asked about being able to edit these documents. This one is always tricky, as they won't want the source file Indesign files and if they do, I'd be charging another fee on top.
SO my question is has anyone come across this and what would be the best option? Editable PDF? But my issue is not knowing how much they may need to edit in the future.
